These terms apply to your use of the S Jackson Services website and our text messaging program. By using the site or opting in to text messages, you agree to them.
SMS terms and conditions
- Program name: S Jackson Services customer messaging.
- What you will receive: replies to your inquiries, quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, job updates, and customer service messages. We do not send marketing messages unless you separately ask for them.
- How to opt in: by checking the consent box on our contact form, by texting us first, or by giving us your number and asking us to text you.
- Message frequency: varies depending on your inquiry or job. Typically a few messages per conversation.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can rejoin at any time by texting us again or checking the box on our contact form.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, email sjacksonservices1@gmail.com, or call 937-608-3624.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Your mobile number and opt-in status are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Website use
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Quotes, schedules, and scope of work are confirmed in writing between you and S Jackson Services and are not created by this website.
Services
Trade services (welding, inspection, and auditing) are provided to contractors and businesses under a separate written agreement or purchase order. Technology services (AI receptionist, UX/UI design, and websites) are likewise provided under a written agreement that sets out scope, pricing, and support.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S Jackson Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the messaging program. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
